Mr. Rana Kashif Shahzad – Chairman

Mr. Rana Kashif Shahzad is an established entrepreneur and has enterprising skills both in management, sales and marketing. Over the years he has been a founder of many successful enterprises. Has good knowledge in accounting and finance. His financial skills have given him the edge in mergers and acquisitions by virtue of which he has been successful in acquisitions. He has comprehensive knowledge regards the financial tools especially banking and bond issues.

Mr. Shahzad graduated from Punjab University Bachelors in Economics in 1995.

In 1997 he moved to Montreal, Canada and started his professional career in Balcon Plastic Industries as a supervisor and finally was appointed as a quality controller. Main duties were to see to all aspects of production of the company. This involved daily planning of production, allocation of workforce, liaising with suppliers for raw materials and ensuring daily targets of production. At Balcon Plastic Industries Mr. Shahzad gained his knowledge, experience and the passion to get into his plastic business. He was involved in R&D and has the knowledge and experience to create new products in plastics as per requirements of clients. This was all made possible due to the commitment, hard work and passion to succeed.

In 2013 he established his own business with the name of Hi Technological Plastic Industries L.L.C. in UAE., currently as founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

With a humble start of 15 employees the company has gone on to employ more than 75 employees. Hi Tech Dubai has become a reputable manufacturing Company in U.A.E. and it manufactures plastic products like LDPE-Natural Clear Granule, HDPE-Granule, PVC Pipe and HD Pipe.

The operating Company in Dubai, Hi Technological Plastic Industries L.L.C, has the following management team;

Mr. Rana Kashif Shahzad – Managing Director

Besides being the chairman in the Company, Mr. Shahzad acts as the Managing Director in the operating company in Dubai.

Ms. Naseem Akhter – Director

Ms Akhter achieved a bachelor’s degree at the COMSAT Institute of Information Technology in 2013 and since graduating has been a competent leader. With thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the Company, Naseem has excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills, interpersonal and presentation skills and she is able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission, and long-term goals.

Naseem has implemented operational planning and financial control systems in order to maintain the operational performance of the Company. Reporting to the board, she ensures that all accounts are managed to optimum levels and that the team all adhere to those high standards.

Ms. Akhter also oversees the management of the HR department, ensuring that recruitment is of the highest quality and that all processes are legal and correct. Ms. Akhter is a great motivator with excellent problem-solving skills and an asset to the Company.

Mr. Azarar Hussain – Manager Finance

Mr. Azarar Hussain has a Bachelor of Commerce and has a MBA Finance from Punjab University, he is member of Institute of Chartered accountants Pakistan. Mr. Zarar started his professional career in a Chartered accountant firm (Kabani & Co.) from 2003 to 2008 and then moved in Kisan Supplies Services Limited as a assistant Manager Accounts from 2008 to 2010.

Previously, he was working as Senior Internal Auditor in NetSol Technologies Ltd. At the end of 2015 he had more than ten years working experience with ‘Multinational Companies’ and ‘Chartered Accountant Firm’. He has rich experience and expertise within Accounts Handling, Financial Management, Budgeting, Auditing, Cash Flow Management, Analytical Reporting, Resource Management, Taxation, Costing, Fixed Assets Management, Management Reporting, Payroll Management, Administration and Expert in different kind of Software’s like SAP-BI, Quick Books, and Peachtree. Currently he is working in Hi Technological Plastic industries L.L.0 as a Finance Manager.

Mr. Shahzad Ahmed – Production Manager

Mr. Shahzad started his professional career in 1997 in Sidra Plastic Industries as a superviser and finally was appointed as a Production Manager. This was all made possible due to the commitment, hard work and passion to succeed. He has deep experience in manufacturing of LDPE-Natural Clear Granuales, HDPE-Granuales, PVC Pipes and HD Pipes.

In 2005 he moved to U.A.E and started his new job as a Production Manager In Osama Plastic Pipe Industry L.L.C. In 2014 he started job as the Production Manager in Hi Technological Plastic industries L.L.C. Currently he is working there as a Production Manager.
